            4. Send TCP traffic client to server port 5201 using iperf3  
            5. Read pps on physical interface vif 0/0 
            6. disable gro and gso feature configuring on vhost config 
            7. ifdown/ifup vhost0 to update config
            8. Repeat step 3 & 4
            9. Compare the TCP traffic pps in enable/disable case
        Pass criteria:
